We carry out Topographical Surveys for Architects, Local Authorities, Engineers, Developers, Estate agents and Historic Building Restorers.
The level of detail depends on the clients specific requirements. This can range from a simple Site Plan or Boundary Survey to a large detailed Topographical Survey including all above ground features and levels.
In conjunction with supporting our Survey Services, our Computer Aided Design experience and knowledge enables us to provide the required service to our clients.
Services include:
• Converting existing paper drawings to digital 2 Dimensional drawings.
• Editing existing Cad files.
• Conversion of sketches to 2 Dimensional drawings.
Licensing and fire regulation plans to ensure government guidelines are conformed to.
Due to the Licensing Act every premises licence application must include an accurate set of floor plans drawn to a scale of 1:100. We have the experience and knowledge to offer this service.
